When opened, a strongbox will release groups of monsters to surround and attack the character. I have (2) 90+ characters and I have not been able to unlock these rogues. Yeena is an NPC that can be found in The Forest Encampment in Act 2 and in The Bridge encampment in Act 7. 0: Harvest has been added to the core game and has been vastly reworked.
